Three Days of Taste and Solidarity The event will kick off on Sunday, September 15 with the “Charity Dinner,” hosted at the prestigious Regina Isabella. The charity dinner will feature an exceptional selection of star chefs, nationally renowned pastry chefs and prominent pizza makers, all united for an evening of taste and solidarity. This exclusive event promises to offer a unique gourmet experience while helping to support worthy charitable causes.Monday, September 16 will be the turn of the “Festa al Negombo,” which will be held in the enchanting Negombo Park. This event will see the participation of as many as 300 protagonists including chefs, pastry chefs, pizza makers and partisans of taste, ready to delight participants with their creations. A festival dedicated to the celebration of gastronomic excellence, where tradition and innovation come together to offer an unprecedented sensory experience.Closing this extraordinary edition of Ischia Safari will be, on Tuesday, September 17, the “Dolce per Ischia by Mulino Caputo,” which will be held at the Lisola Restaurant. This event, now in its second edition, is a contest open to all pastry chefs working on the island of Ischia, with the goal of creating an iconic dessert for the island.
